Hosting

This site is hosted by Netlify. When you visit, the host processes technical request data such as your IP address to deliver the site.

Cookies and storage

I store your language choice (cookie zl_en or zl_de) and your cookie choice (cookie zc). The site uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to count visits, page views, button clicks, video plays and form submits. Google Consent Mode is on: in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are only set after you accept, and until then Google receives only anonymous, cookieless pings. Elsewhere, analytics is on by default and you can switch it off with “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you accept, the site also stores where you came from (UTM parameters, ad click IDs and referrer) in your browser: for your first visit up to 90 days, and for your latest visit during the session. Advertising storage is always off.

Contact form

If you send the form, I receive your name, email, optional website and message. With your consent to analytics, the stored campaign source and the page you came from are sent along. The data goes to my own workflow system (n8n) so I can answer you. I keep enquiries only as long as needed to reply and to follow up on a project.

Services you may open

Booking links open Calendly and WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. Videos load from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you click play. These services have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask me for access to your data, correction or deletion, and you can withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, your rights under the GDPR apply. Write to zinnatul@zaptive.site.
