What I built

Helped build a CRM solution for BATB and Unilever and led the technical team for the BATB CRM system. Built as a software engineer at V2 Technologies (June 2022 to September 2024).

Result

Cut the cost of running the custom reports service by more than 80% with an automated system, and reduced false consumer contacts for BATB’s campaigns by 30% (internal APK distribution platform with device management).
